Heather Zade is the Founder and CEO of Adora Aesthetics and Adora Academy, and an internationally recognized aesthetic injector, educator, speaker, and entrepreneur known for setting a higher standard in the world of medical aesthetics.
As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Heather brings over 17 years of clinical experience to the aesthetic industry, combining advanced medical knowledge with an exceptional artistic eye. She earned her masters and NP degree from The Sage Colleges in Albany, New York, and has since built a reputation for delivering results that are refined, natural, and beautifully balanced.
Heather is best known for her signature 3-injection bolus lip filler technique, an innovative approach that has gained attention and admiration from injectors and patients around the world. Her work is widely respected for its precision, softness, and ability to enhance natural beauty without looking overdone. Her philosophy has always been simple: great aesthetic work should elevate what is already beautiful — not erase what makes someone unique.
Over the years, Heather has trained extensively with some of the top experts in the country and has continuously invested in mastering advanced injection techniques, facial anatomy, safety, and innovation. Her dedication to excellence has made her one of the most sought-after injectors in the field and a trusted name among both patients and peers.
Heather has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Injectors in the Nation for four consecutive years, a distinction that reflects not only her skill and artistry but also the impact she has had on the industry as a whole.
Today, Heather is also an international trainer and speaker, having educated thousands of injectors across the country and internationally. Through Adora Academy, she has created an elite educational platform where both new and experienced injectors come to refine their technique, build confidence, and learn how to create exceptional patient outcomes. Her trainings are known for being honest, elevated, clinically sound, and deeply rooted in both artistry and real-world results.

Injector Lexi is a registered nurse and aesthetic injector with over 10 years of nursing experience, bringing a strong clinical foundation and a refined aesthetic eye to every treatment. With a background in high-acuity critical care at Johns Hopkins Hospital, she is known for her precision, safety-focused approach, and ability to deliver natural, balanced results.
Lexi specializes in jawline contouring, full facial harmonization, and lip enhancement, with a signature style rooted in subtle refinement and structural balance. She places a strong emphasis on skin health and biostimulation, integrating advanced techniques and regenerative approaches to support long-term, undetectable results.
With a deep understanding of facial anatomy and the aging process, Lexi takes a comprehensive, individualized approach to each patientfocusing not just on isolated treatments, but on how each feature contributes to overall harmony. Her goal is always to enhance, not alter, preserving what makes each patient uniquely beautiful.

Lexi is a registered nurse with over 6 years of nursing experience and one year of medical aesthetic experience. She received her RN, BSN from Towson University in 2016. After graduating, she immediately started her career in the Neonatal ICU at Johns Hopkins and has been there ever since. Medical aesthetics has always been a passion of hers, and she has a way of making her clients feel comfortable and confident. Coming from an ICU setting, Lexi is very thorough in helping her clients identify & achieve their aesthetic goals. Though originally from New Jersey, she has been local to Baltimore for over 8 years. When Lexi isn’t at Adora, she’s most likely spending time with her boyfriend and their Great Dane puppy.
Dawn Marie is best known for her signature treatment—the biostimulatory liquid facelift using hyperdilute Radiesse and PRP—a highly effective, sought-after procedure that delivers natural, long-lasting rejuvenation through collagen stimulation and skin tightening.
She has trained extensively with some of the world’s top injectors and remains deeply committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation. With robust expertise in neuromodulators, biostimulators, dermal fillers, and skincare science, she offers full-face harmonization that’s both artful and evidence-based.
Her background in art and sculpture from the University of Maryland gives her a refined aesthetic eye and a deep understanding of facial anatomy and balance.
Dawn Marie was named runner-up at the International Aesthetic Championship in London in the categories of Natural Lips, Advanced Lips, and Liquid Rhinoplasty, and she is slated to speak on the podium at Aesthetic Next 7.0, one of the industry’s leading conferences.

Laura is a registered nurse with 12+ years of nursing experience. She worked in cardiology, intensive care & school nursing before finding her way to aesthetics.
She has a passion for helping patients build confidence and feel great in their own skin, while enhancing their natural beauty!
When Laura is not at Adora, she is spending time with her husband and 3 children, who are all actively involved in the Western Howard County community. She enjoys being outdoors, coaching soccer & spending time at the beach!
I am a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in cardiology and intensive care.
While I began my career in the fast-paced world of critical care, I eventually found my true passion in medical aesthetics. Today, I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every single day: helping people feel more confident, empowered, and beautiful in their own skin.
With a deep-rooted sense of compassion and a commitment to enhancing natural beauty, I approach every treatment with personalized care and precision. It’s an absolute honor to care for the incredible humans who trust me with their aesthetic journey.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our energetic six-year-old son, and our two-year-old golden doodle puppy. I also love running, reality TV and find so much joy in helping others—both in and out of the treatment room.
Carmen is a Medical Assistant who recently graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She has a passion for patient care and is dedicated to helping people feel their best. At Adora, Carmen enjoys being part of a team that makes a positive difference every day. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her Pomeranian puppy, Niko, and traveling to new places.”
We are proud to partner with Evan Taxin, owner of Maryland Integrative Medicine. Evan received his Physician Assistant education from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has a certification in Age Management Medicine by the Age Management Medicine Group. He spent his first decade as a PA working in orthopedic surgery and has expertise in orthopedic evaluation and treatment.
Evan grew passion for preventative medicine, health optimization, exercise science and nutrition to support his patients, after years of disappointment in medicine, which is disproportionately focused on fixing problems and not preventing it. He then completed a fellowship certification in Age Management Medicine, which focuses on slowing the aging process, and enhancing wellness and vitality, through hormone optimization and balancing, medical weight loss, peptide therapy for healing, cellular health and longevity, nutritional supplementation and exercise prescription
After completing his certification, he opened his own health and wellness telehealth practice, Maryland Integrative Medicine, and has been successfully managing both women and men in hormonal problems, premature aging, excess body fat, erectile dysfunction, loss of energy and vitality, and other performance issues. Recently, Evan has left his full-time position in orthopedic surgery and pursued his wellness practice full time.
He has received additional education in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy by Worldlink Medical and is a member of the Seeds Scientific and Research Performance Institute (SSRP).

Carli Dement, a dedicated Beauty and Aesthetic Professional with a Bachelor’s in Business from LIM College and 2 years of medical aesthetics experience. Skilled in patient care, office management, and marketing, Carli excels in streamlining operations and boosting brand visibility. Past roles include Product Specialist + Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics and Marketing Coordinator at Briogeo Hair Care. Carli loves all things beauty and aesthetics.

Ashlee has been a trusted professional in the aesthetics industry for over 16 years. She began her career as a makeup artist before discovering her true passion for skin health and corrective skincare. Ashlee earned her aesthetics degree from Paul Mitchell Esani in Atlanta, Georgia, and was born and raised in Columbia, Maryland. She holds three State Board licenses in Georgia, Virginia, and Maryland.
Ashlee specializes in corrective medical aesthetic treatments, with a strong focus on results-driven services such as chemical peels, custom facials, DiamondGlow facials, and brow services. Her favorite skincare treatments to both provide and receive include Botox, advanced chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare, working closely with brands like SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, and Epicutis.
She loves meeting people from all walks of life and believes that when you look good, you feel good. Outside the treatment room, Ashlee enjoys quiet days at home, spending time with her kids and grandson, and embracing her inner science nerd—especially when it comes to skin anatomy and the science behind healthy skin.
