Heather is the founder and CEO of Adora aesthetics. She is a board certified nurse practitioner from the Sage Colleges in Albany, New York. Known as the “Lip Queen” in the industry, she is highly sought after by clients looking to enhance their appearance. Heather is a skilled anesthetic injector and well known for producing natural and beautiful results. She has had extensive training all over the country. Heather was recently named a top 100 injector in the nation! She is also a national trainer and has trained thousands of other injectors. Heather has a huge passion for helping her patients feel better about themselves and enhancing their natural beauty.
Recently voted top 100 Injector in the country, Heather is the founder of Adora Aesthetics. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner from Sage Colleges in Albany, New York. Heather is a skilled cosmetic injector who has worked with TV personalities and celebrities alike. She has had extensive training all over the country and also has trained aesthetic injectors in the industry. When Heather is not working you can find her spending time with her husband, two children and her husky and listening to Dave Matthews Band.

Heather is a skilled cosmetic injector and is well known for producing natural and beautiful results. She has had extensive training all over the country and also trained aesthetic injectors in the industry. She attends industry conferences and training as often as she possibly can Heather has a huge passion for helping her patients feel better about themselves and enhancing their natural beauty.
When she’s not working she’s with her husband, two children, and her Husky.
Ashley is a licensed aesthetician with over 3 years of experience in the field. She obtained her license in January of 2020 from Aveda Institute Maryland. She joined the ADORA team in 2022. Her passion lies in skin care and making people feel beautiful.
Kristin is a licensed makeup artist who completed her cosmetology certification at the Chesapeake School of Aesthetics. She started working in the medical field straight out of high school, gaining knowledge and training from various positions (clerical, reception, billing). Combining her passion for all things beauty with her strong talent for administrative duties, she found a natural fit here at Adora Aesthetics. When she’s not working, you can find her shopping for makeup while drinking a jalapeño margarita, and listening to The 1975.
Injector Dawn Marie is an experienced injector licensed and certified in Aesthetics (4 years) and Critical Care (15 years). She has trained with the nations top injectors and remains invested in remaining at the forefront of aesthetic innovation and the latest techniques. She holds a robust knowledge of neuromodulators, biostimulators and dermal filler products as well as overall skincare. Dawn Marie studied art and sculpture at University of Maryland and has a strong foundational understanding of facial structure/anatomy.

Julie Yi is a licensed aesthetician with a passion for all things beauty. She is also a certified lash artist and permanent makeup artist, specializing in nano hair strokes. With over 10 years of experience in the spa industry, her professionalism is unmatched. Her focus is to bring customized services to each client, giving them the optimal spa experience. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two sons.
Carli Dement, a dedicated Beauty and Aesthetic Professional with a Bachelor’s in Business from LIM College and 2 years of medical aesthetics experience. Skilled in patient care, office management, and marketing, Carli excels in streamlining operations and boosting brand visibility. Past roles include Product Specialist + Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics and Marketing Coordinator at Briogeo Hair Care. Carli loves all things beauty and aesthetics.

Julia was born and raised in the vibrant Baltimore area and received her RN BSN degree from Towson University in 2012. With a deep understanding of the human body and a keen eye for detail, she brings years of experience and advanced training to deliver exceptional results. Her warm and empathetic nature creates a comfortable environment where she listens attentively to her clients’ goals, tailoring personalized treatments that enhance their natural beauty. When not at work, Julia enjoys traveling with her husband, watching “The Bachelor” with her friends, and making memories with her three children.
She is a Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree from Capella University. Originally from upstate NY she moved to Maryland in 2020 and is pursuing a career in Medical Aesthetics. She enjoys helping her patients feel better with the skin they’re in and passionate about getting to know individual needs of each person. On her free time she enjoys boating, kayaking and gardening.
