Heather is the founder and CEO of Adora aesthetics. She is a board certified nurse practitioner from the Sage Colleges in Albany, New York. Heathers bent-needle lip filler technique has gained worldwide popularity. Heather is a skilled aesthetic injector with over 16 years of experience. She is well known for producing natural and beautiful results. She has had extensive training all over the country and now trains injectors all over the world. Heather was named a top 100 injector in the nation the last 3 years in a row! She is also a national trainer and speaker and has trained thousands of other injectors. Heather has a huge passion for helping her patients feel better about themselves and enhancing their natural beauty. She also has a passion for training new and experienced injectors and has founded Adora Academy where injectors come from all over the world to learn her injecting techniques.
Dawn Marie is best known for her signature treatment—the biostimulatory liquid facelift using hyperdilute Radiesse and PRP—a highly effective, sought-after procedure that delivers natural, long-lasting rejuvenation through collagen stimulation and skin tightening.
She has trained extensively with some of the world’s top injectors and remains deeply committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation. With robust expertise in neuromodulators, biostimulators, dermal fillers, and skincare science, she offers full-face harmonization that’s both artful and evidence-based.
Her background in art and sculpture from the University of Maryland gives her a refined aesthetic eye and a deep understanding of facial anatomy and balance.

Laura is a registered nurse with 12+ years of nursing experience. She worked in cardiology, intensive care & school nursing before finding her way to aesthetics.
She has a passion for helping patients build confidence and feel great in their own skin, while enhancing their natural beauty!
When Laura is not at Adora, she is spending time with her husband and 3 children, who are all actively involved in the Western Howard County community. She enjoys being outdoors, coaching soccer & spending time at the beach!

Carli Dement, a dedicated Beauty and Aesthetic Professional with a Bachelor’s in Business from LIM College and 2 years of medical aesthetics experience. Skilled in patient care, office management, and marketing, Carli excels in streamlining operations and boosting brand visibility. Past roles include Product Specialist + Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics and Marketing Coordinator at Briogeo Hair Care. Carli loves all things beauty and aesthetics.

Hannah is a registered nurse with 2 years experience in pediatric emergency/trauma at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Hannah is originally from Denver, Colorado and has lived in the Baltimore area for 2 years.
Hannah found her way to aesthetics from being a client in 2023, and fell in love with the industry ever since! Hannah aims to build personal relationships with every client and supports patients to feel like the most beautiful version of themselves.
When not at Adora you can catch Hannah traveling with friends, on a long walk around the Harbor, or catching up on anything and everything Bravo!
Karmen Martin graduated from Towson University with a degree in Information Technology. Her previous roles in that field have equipped her with extensive customer service and administrative skills that have helped her effectively assist and connect with the clients here at Adora.
Her passion for beauty and aesthetics, nurtured since childhood, has seamlessly aligned with her professional background, leading her to this role.
Outside of work, she is a dedicated cat mom of two, and a huge foodie.
We are proud to partner with Evan Taxin, owner of Maryland Integrative Medicine. Evan received his Physician Assistant education from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has a certification in Age Management Medicine by the Age Management Medicine Group. He spent his first decade as a PA working in orthopedic surgery and has expertise in orthopedic evaluation and treatment.
Evan grew passion for preventative medicine, health optimization, exercise science and nutrition to support his patients, after years of disappointment in medicine, which is disproportionately focused on fixing problems and not preventing it. He then completed a fellowship certification in Age Management Medicine, which focuses on slowing the aging process, and enhancing wellness and vitality, through hormone optimization and balancing, medical weight loss, peptide therapy for healing, cellular health and longevity, nutritional supplementation and exercise prescription
After completing his certification, he opened his own health and wellness telehealth practice, Maryland Integrative Medicine, and has been successfully managing both women and men in hormonal problems, premature aging, excess body fat, erectile dysfunction, loss of energy and vitality, and other performance issues. Recently, Evan has left his full-time position in orthopedic surgery and pursued his wellness practice full time.
He has received additional education in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy by Worldlink Medical and is a member of the Seeds Scientific and Research Performance Institute (SSRP).

Ashley is a licensed aesthetician with over 3 years of experience in the field. She obtained her license in January of 2020 from Aveda Institute Maryland. She joined the ADORA team in 2022. Her passion lies in skin care and making people feel beautiful.
Meet Julia, a highly skilled and compassionate nurse injector specializing in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Julia was born and raised in the vibrant Baltimore area and received her RN BSN degree from Towson University in 2012. With a deep understanding of the human body and a keen eye for detail, she brings years of experience and advanced training to deliver exceptional results. Her warm and empathetic nature creates a comfortable environment where she listens attentively to her clients’ goals, tailoring personalized treatments that enhance their natural beauty. When not at work, Julia enjoys traveling with her husband, watching “The Bachelor” with her friends, and making memories with her three children.
She is a Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree from Capella University. Originally from upstate NY she moved to Maryland in 2020 and is pursuing a career in Medical Aesthetics. She enjoys helping her patients feel better with the skin they’re in and passionate about getting to know individual needs of each person. On her free time she enjoys boating, kayaking and gardening.
